How you get paid
• Bottle sales: you keep 100% of the bottle margin as if it were a normal walk-in sale
• Brand placement fee: brand pays you separately for the "hold behind the counter" service, Rounds takes a small cut
• No monthly cost during POC. Post-launch: optional subscription for advanced inventory sync + analytics ($99-299/mo)
