How it works
• Post per-SKU bids — one price for all Rounds venues or per-venue custom pricing
• When a venue's inventory drops below reorder threshold, they see the offer stack
• RLS pricing wall — each distributor only ever sees their own bids, never a competitor's
• Accepted offer auto-restocks the venue and logs the win to your dashboard
Rounds' cut
• 2% of every accepted offer — no cost to post, no floor, no monthly minimum during POC
• Rounds subscription tier (post-launch): tiered pricing based on active venue coverage
