The venues on Rounds tell us what they're actually selling. Venues can see your bids on their inventory screen. You see your prices. Your competitors see theirs. The venue picks.

How it works
• Post per-SKU bids — one price for all Rounds venues or per-venue custom pricing
• When a venue's inventory drops below reorder threshold, they see the offer stack
• RLS pricing wall — each distributor only ever sees their own bids, never a competitor's
• Accepted offers update the venue's inventory count in Rounds and log the win to your dashboard
Rounds' cut
• 2% of every accepted offer — no cost to post, no floor, no monthly minimum during POC
• Rounds subscription tier (post-launch): tiered pricing based on active venue coverage
